NeuroKinesiologic Brain Protocol can help with autism, cerebral palsy, ADD/ADHD, PDD-NOS, Angelman’s Syndrome, speech impairment, blindness, deafness, learning disabilities and more. To learn effectively, typical children and those with special needs must be able to sit still, listen, focus on letters and figures, and track from left to right with their eyes. When these physical skills are not automatic, attending to the demands of higher-level cognitive processing is difficult. The specific motor movements promote integrated visual, auditory and kinesthetic functioning. NeuroKinesiologic Brain Protocol stimulates the nervous system equally in all brain parts, minimises one-sided, adverse brain reactions, builds new pathways to both hemispheres, and eliminates stress. Performance comes naturally when one’s body is relaxed, and posture supports access to all parts of the brain. The three dimensions of intelligence correspond to the integrated functioning of the three parts of the brain: * Focus: the ability to coordinate the back and front parts of the brain. This dimension is related to participation, to the ability to act on the details of a situation while at the same time remaining conscious of the overall context – – the “big picture.” People who lack balanced focus have difficulty with attention and comprehension. * Centering: the ability to coordinate the top and bottom parts of the brain. This dimension is related to organization, grounding, feeling safe, and responding without heavy emotional overlay while appropriately feeling and expressing emotions. Students who are quickly flooded with feelings are unbalanced in this dimension. * Laterality: the ability to coordinate the two sides of the brain. This dimension is fundamental for reading, writing, and communicating. It is also essential for fluid, whole-body movements and the ability to move and think simultaneously. * The whole brain integration in which we access all three dimensions is the ideal state for learning, playing, and interacting!

Introduction By enrolling in Cognidarn Therapeutics’ Parent-Child Relations Therapy Training, you agree to the following terms and conditions ensuring transparency and legal protection. 2. Scope of Services This training provides educational and therapeutic strategies for parent-child relationship improvement. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. For medical concerns, consult a qualified professional. 3. Payment Policy Full payment is required at registration. Installment plans must be completed before program completion. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access. 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy 4.1 Client Cancellation 7+ days before start date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee. Less than 7 days before the start date: 50% refund. After training begins: No refund. 4.2 Cognidarn Cancellation If a session is canceled by Cognidarn, clients may choose a rescheduled session or full refund. 4.3 Non-Attendance No refunds for missed sessions. A one-time reschedule is allowed with 48-hour notice. 5. Disclaimer & Indemnification This training is educational, not a substitute for professional treatment. Cognidarn does not guarantee specific outcomes. Clients indemnify and hold Cognidarn harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of training content or nutrition guidance. 6. Confidentiality & Data Protection Client information is confidential and will only be shared as required by law. Sessions may be recorded for internal training but not shared externally without consent. 7. Intellectual Property All training materials remain Cognidarn’s intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced. 8. Code of Conduct Participants must: Engage respectfully and professionally. Avoid disruptive behavior. Follow session guidelines. Violations may result in termination without refund. 9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions Cognidarn may update these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of revisions. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Governed by Pune Jurisdiction laws.
