Devyna is a seasoned professional with 18 years of corporate experience, having served as the Director of Learning and Development. Transitioning from the corporate world, she dedicated the last 8 years to making a significant impact in the field of Autism as the Founding Director of Brainability International and Cognidarn Therapeutics.

Devyna's personal journey, marked by challenges such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, fine motor issues, and focus problems, instilled in her a deep empathy and commitment to helping others, particularly in the realm of mental health, specifically Autism and ADHD.

Drawing from her extensive background in talent and leadership development, psychology, and a self-driven education in neuroscience, neuropsychology, neurosensory, and cognitive sciences, Devyna has uniquely positioned herself at the intersection of diverse disciplines. Her holistic approach involves understanding how the brain functions and how alterations in brain chemicals impact outcomes, especially in individuals with developmental disorders.
