Proper nutrition can help improve symptoms such as difficulty with communication and social interaction, repetitive behaviours, and sensitivities to certain textures and flavours. Additionally, a balanced diet can help with physical health concerns such as constipation, digestive disorders and gastrointestinal issues, which are common in individuals with autism. It is crucial for individuals with autism to work with a Certified nutritionist to create a personalised nutrition plan that addresses their specific needs and preferences. Individuals with autism may have food sensitivities or picky eating habits, making it difficult to get the proper nutrients. Working with a Certified nutritionist can help to create a personalised Nutrition plan that addresses issues and ensures that the individual is getting the proper nutrition. In summary, nutrition plays a vital role in the overall health and well-being of individuals with autism and should be considered part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
Cancellation Policy
– Maximum of 2 days will be compensated either by providing compensatory sessions or by refunding the payment, if the client cancels the therapy sessions due to unforseens and exingent circumstances. - If a client needs to rearrange a Therapy session, they should provide at least 48 hours notice. No refunds will be given to clients for unused coaching sessions unless 48 hours notice has been given. In exceptional circumstances CogniDarn may need to rearrange a coaching session. In those instances we will also give the client 48 hours notice where practical. – Where a client pays for a session or sessions in advance they must book the Therapy session(s) that they have paid for within 6 months of the payment or their fee is forfeited.
